Excellent location on 5th Avenue. Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Cleaners went above and beyond. Noise was not a problem. Convenient access to restaurants, shops, and bus station. Professional and helpful staff.

The hotel's beautiful courtyard was a great spot to relax and enjoy breakfast. the staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily walk to the beach and explore the lively surroundings.

The hotel's location on a busy street meant that the noise level was high, especially at night. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a Do Not Disturb sign to avoid unwanted interruptions.

The staff at the hotel were amazing - superfriendly and helpful. the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. the location was perfect, close to the bus station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

Our room had a garden view but there was a unit outside that made a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. There was also an unpleasant smell from the back restaurant.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony offering a nice view. The AC worked perfectly and the WiFi was strong. The added level of security with the locked gates at night gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and cozy accommodations.

With its central location, guests are just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. The rooms are soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I had an incredible stay at this hotel on my recent trip to Mexico. The staff, especially Brenda, Raquel, and Fabiola, were such a delight and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Their warm and genuine care for their guests' needs was exceptional.
